-
200 ml Milk, whole milk
-
120 g Sweet cream

4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
150 g Cheese, edamame

pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Peel the onion and finely chop it. Cut the bacon into pieces. Place a larger pan on the stove and add a spoonful of oil. Add the bacon and fry it while stirring until it becomes crispy and the fat melts. In the hot fat, sauté the chopped onion, then add the ground meat, season it lightly with salt and pepper. Pour in a little water and slowly simmer the ground meat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is nicely dissolved and browned.
-
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until it is 'al dente' (still firm to the bite). Drain the cooked pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain the cooled pasta.
-
Clean the vegetables and mushrooms and cut them into pieces or slices as desired. Crush the garlic cloves with a knife and peel them. Heat olive oil in a pan and quickly sauté the mushrooms and garlic cloves. Add the paprika and leek, and continue to fry the ingredients while stirring for a few more minutes. Season the sautéed vegetables with salt and set aside.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, mix the drained pasta, sautéed vegetables (removing the garlic cloves), and ground meat. Prepare a sauce from milk, sweet cream, eggs, a pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and pour it over the ingredients in the bowl. Add half of the grated cheese and mix everything well again. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top, then place the dish in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
-
Serve the baked pasta on plates and offer it with a salad.
