Banana Mug Cake
An excellent solution when youre craving something sweet but dont have much time to prepare or bake a dessert. For a delicious banana mug cake, youll need less than 5 minutes, and you wont dirty much cookware since you prepare it directly in a mug. If you think the cake wont satisfy your sweet tooth, you can add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream on top at the end.

Ingredients
- 
1 spoon Butter, unsalted 
- 
1 piece Banana, fresh 
- 
1 piece Egg, fresh 
- 
3 spoons Flour, Wheat, bread flour 
- 
0.25 teaspoons Baking powder 
- 
1 spoon Sugar, white 
- 
1 spoon Milk, whole milk 
- 
1 piece cherries, compote 
- 
pieces Powdered sugar 
Steps
- 
Peel the banana and slice it into rounds, then mash them into a puree in a small bowl. 
- 
Add butter to the mug and melt it in the microwave (it takes about 10 seconds). 
- 
Wait for the mug and melted butter to cool slightly, then add the mashed banana and egg. Mix well with a fork to combine the ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients: flour, baking powder, milk, and a tablespoon of brown or white sugar. Mix again until you get a uniform batter. Optionally, place a maraschino cherry in the center of the batter.

Bake the cake in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. If the cake doesn't seem fully baked, extend the baking time slightly.

Enjoy the cake while it's still warm, and optionally dust some powdered sugar on top.
