Ingredients
-
200 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
40 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
3 spoons Powdered sugar
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
6.5 dl Milk, whole milk
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
40 g Butter, unsalted
-
pieces Banana, fresh
-
pieces Dressing, caramel
Steps
-
In a bowl, sift the flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa. Mix the sifted ingredients well. Add the eggs, melted butter, vanilla sugar, salt, and one cup of milk, then mix everything thoroughly with an electric mixer until you get a smooth batter without lumps. Stir in the remaining milk. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
-
Place a pancake pan on the stove and heat it up. Add a piece of butter to the heated pan and wait for it to melt. Pour the excess fat into a small bowl, then ladle enough batter into the pan to thinly cover the bottom. When the pancake is cooked on the bottom side, flip it with a spatula and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancake on a warmed plate. Repeat the process until all the batter is used. Grease the pan with butter as needed.
-
Place a peeled banana in the center of the cooked pancake, roll it up, and place it on a plate (tray). Repeat the process until all the pancakes are filled with bananas. Cut the bananas lengthwise or into slices if desired. Drizzle the prepared pancakes with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
