Ingredients
- 
150 g chocolate, dark 
- 
115 g chocolate, dark 
- 
475 ml Water 
- 
200 g Sugar, white 
Steps
- 
Break both chocolates into pieces and grind them finely in a multipraktik. In a cup, add water and sugar. Place the cup on the stove and bring it to a boil, then set the temperature to medium-high and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir occasionally while cooking. Once the sugar is dissolved, cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Turn on the multipraktik again and slowly pour the melted syrup into the chocolate powder. Mix for a good 2 to 3 minutes until a smooth chocolate mixture forms.

Strain the mixture into a measuring jug and let it cool completely. Then freeze the mixture, stirring it several times during the freezing process.

5 to 10 minutes before serving, take the sorbet out of the freezer, transfer it to bowls, and serve.
