Coconut Balls with Only Two Ingredients (Raffaello Balls)
To prepare these sweet balls, you basically need only two ingredients - condensed milk and coconut flour. Optionally, you can add a third ingredient - hazelnuts or almonds. A great and quickly prepared dessert that you can also make for the holidays.

Ingredients
-
250 g Coconut, flakes
-
400 g Milk, powdered, whole milk
-
pieces Nuts, almonds
-
pieces Coconut, flakes
Steps
-
In a bowl, measure out the coconut flour and add condensed milk (you can find a recipe for homemade condensed milk).
-
Mix the two ingredients well with a spoon until you get a uniform mixture. If the mixture is too wet, you can add a bit more coconut flour.
-
Sprinkle a little coconut flour on a shallow plate, where we will roll the prepared balls. Take a spoonful of the mixture (enough to form a bite-sized ball) and flatten it in your palm. Place a peeled almond (or hazelnut) in the center and wrap it with the coconut mixture. Shape the ball with your hands, roll it in the coconut flour, and place it on a plate.
-
Repeat the process until you run out of the mixture. Once all the balls are prepared, store the plate in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the balls to set.
