Egg Sandwich
The basic ingredients of this delicious and quickly prepared sandwich are slices of toast and eggs. To make it even tastier and richer, we added a bit of grated cheese and smoked salmon to the sandwich, but you can also substitute it with salami, a slice of prosciutto, ham, etc.

Ingredients
-
pieces Butter, unsalted
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 slices Bread, wheat
-
1 slice Fish, salmon, smoked
-
1 handful Cheese, edamame
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Heat a small pan and add a piece of butter. Spread the fat evenly across the entire surface by tilting the pan, then pour the whisked eggs into the pan as if you were making an omelet.
-
Take two slices of toast and quickly dip one side of each into the whisked eggs in the pan. Then flip the slices and place them side by side on the omelet (the side dipped in the eggs should be facing up). Let the omelet cook a bit on the bottom side.
-
When the omelet turns golden brown on the bottom side, flip it over along with the toast slices. Use a spatula to help. Now the egg omelet is on top, and the toast slices are on the bottom.
-
On one part of the omelet where the toast slice is underneath, add a slice of salmon (or something else) and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then fold the edges of the omelet over the filling using the spatula to form a rectangular shape. Fold the sandwich to 'close' it.
-
Toast the sandwich a bit more, then transfer it to a plate, cut it diagonally in half, and serve.

Advice
The additions to the sandwich are optional. You can make just an egg sandwich, or you can add cheese. Instead of salmon, you can also use some salami or sausage.
