Fried Calf Liver

Ingredients
- 
500 g Meat, veal, liver 
- 
200 g Onion, raw 
- 
2 spoons Oil, olive 
- 
70 ml Soup base, beef, cube 
- 
1 pinch Salt, table 
- 
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black 
Steps
- 
Wash and clean the liver thoroughly. Dry it and slice it thinly. Cut the slices into 3 cm squares. Peel and wash the onion, then slice it into thin rings. 
- 
Heat oil in a pan. Add the onion to the hot oil, season with salt, and fry for 5 minutes until it turns golden and softens. Add the liver to the onion and fry for a maximum of 10 minutes, stirring constantly. 
- 
Heat the beef stock. Season the fried liver with salt and pepper. Pour the stock over the liver, bring to a quick boil, and remove from heat. Serve while still warm.
