Homemade Ice Cream with Cream
Why not make your own ice cream popsicles? All we need are special molds, which we can get with a little effort. Lets be creative and treat ourselves to homemade creamy ice cream.

Ingredients

2 dl Sweet cream 
- 
30 g Blueberry, raw 
- 
30 g Raspberries 
- 
30 g Strawberries 
- 
3 spoons Syrup, sweet 
Steps
- 
Divide blueberries, raspberries, and wild strawberries into three separate bowls. Use a hand mixer to blend each fruit into a fruit puree. In a separate bowl, whip the cream well and add it to each fruit puree. Mix well.

Fill the molds with the prepared mixture and place them in the freezer for three hours. Then remove the popsicles from the molds and serve.

Advice
Chill the cream well before use. The prepared mixture can also be frozen in a special ice cream maker. Instead of wild strawberries, you can use regular strawberries.
