Steps

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. First, wash the steaks thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Peel the garlic and ginger, press the garlic through a strong press, and finely grate the ginger. Combine both ingredients in a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of peanut oil. Rub the steaks well with the prepared marinade, then place them in a bowl and cover. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let them marinate for at least 3 hours.
