Peanut Sauce
A sauce that pairs well with chicken skewers or other Asian-inspired meat dishes, vegetables, and rice.

Ingredients
- 
3 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower 
- 
1 teaspoon Spices, curry powder 
- 
4 dl Milk, skimmed 
- 
150 g Unsalted almond butter 
- 
4 spoon Sugar, white 
- 
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table 
- 
3 spoons Vinegar, apple 
- 
1 handful Peanuts, roasted without oil, salted 
Steps
- 
Place a small pot on the stove and heat the oil. Add the curry paste and quickly sauté it while stirring. Pour in the coconut milk, mix well, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the peanut butter and season the sauce to taste with sugar, salt, and a bit of vinegar. Simmer gently for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy. 
- 
Finally, sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Serve the prepared sauce in a separate bowl and offer it warm to your guests.

Advice
White vinegar should not be substituted with red or balsamic vinegar. You can optionally add a bit of oyster sauce or fish sauce to the sauce. Its best to use as natural peanut butter as possible (without added sugar).
