Ingredients

2 bouquet Radish 
- 
0.5 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

1 teaspoon Mustard

2 pinch Salt, table

2 spoons Oil, olive

5 twig Thyme, raw 
Steps
- 
Thoroughly wash the chives, dry them, and finely chop them. Clean and wash the radishes, then slice them into rounds. Place them in a large bowl. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, salt, lemon juice, and mustard. 
- 
Pour the prepared dressing over the radish slices and mix everything well. Sprinkle the prepared salad with fresh chives and serve.
