Ingredients
- 
500 g Tomato, green 
- 
1 piece Onion, raw 
- 
1 spoon Spices, coriander - dried leaves 
- 
8 spoon Oil, olive 
- 
1 pinch Salt, table 
- 
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black 
Steps
- 
Wash the tomatoes and dry them with a paper towel, then bring water to a boil and immerse them for three minutes. Remove the skin and cut them into small pieces. Chop the onion and cilantro.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them, then use a hand blender to blend until you get a smooth sauce.
