Ingredients
- 
1 kg Powdered sugar 
- 
110 ml Water 
- 
100 g Koruzni škrob 
- 
10 ml Juice, lemon 
- 
12 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened 
Steps
- 
Soak the gelatin in a mixture of water and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Pour the starch into a smaller bowl and the powdered sugar into a larger one. Once the gelatin has swollen, heat it with the liquid until it dissolves. Mix the dissolved gelatin into the starch, then combine everything with the sifted powdered sugar.

Pour the mixture onto a smooth work surface and knead until all the powdered sugar is incorporated. You should get a firm and elastic dough, which you shape into a ball, wrap in a damp cloth and kitchen foil, and store in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, mix the dough well in a mixer. You can use an electric mixer (with spiral handles). Roll out the dough thinly on a smooth work surface. Cut strips, leaves, and various shapes from the dough and use them to assemble sculptures: flowers, various figurines, animals, and so on.

Dry the shaped products and store them in sealed containers. They can be used for several weeks after preparation.

Advice
If you want to color the paste, do so by dividing it into several parts and coloring them with any food colors. You can also paint already shaped figurines.
